Terminal One, developed by One Holding Group, represents a groundbreaking initiative to tackle critical fuel storage challenges. Through the adoption of pioneering and sustainable cutting-edge technology, Terminal One not only ensures the safety and well-being of its workforce but also brings significant benefits to the municipality. This project sets a new standard for the industry, integrating advanced technology and sustainable practices to foster a safer and more efficient operational environment.
Terminal One will oversee all operational stages, from receiving to storing products, with stringent quality and quantity control. To achieve this, 12 tanks will be constructed, offering a total nominal capacity of 32,000 m³, with 2,000 m³ allocated for aviation fuels and 30,000 m³ for other fuels. The terminal will be equipped with systems for simultaneous discharge verification and two truck scales—one at the entrance and one at the exit—ensuring precise control of all operations.
By strategically negotiating with some of the world's largest refineries, Terminal One not only manages the comprehensive trading process but also offers a spectrum of tailored services. These include efficient logistics management, reliable supply chain solutions, and state-of-the-art fuel storage capabilities. Our commitment ensures exceptional value and reliability, meeting diverse client needs across various sectors with precision and expertise.
Located strategically in Senador Canedo's industrial district, within the metropolitan region of Goiânia (GO), Terminal One spans an expansive 64,073m² area. This ample space allows us to implement cutting-edge technologies, such as the Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) system, establishing Senador Canedo as a flagship for reducing harmful emissions and promoting environmental sustainability.
Terminal One is set to lead the industry with cutting-edge technology that reduces harmful emissions by up to 99.9%, setting new standards for sustainability. The installation of the Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) will convert harmful emissions back into primary products, emphasizing Terminal One's commitment to environmental sustainability and technological innovation. This initiative significantly contributes to a safer and more environmentally conscious operational environment.
Terminal One, scheduled to begin construction in 2024, will be completed within a two-year timeframe. This ambitious project in Senador Canedo, Goiás, underscores our commitment to enhancing local infrastructure while adhering to rigorous regulatory standards. Upon completion, Terminal One will not only create numerous job opportunities but also significantly boost tax revenues, thereby contributing to economic growth and community development in the region.
